Ekuthek in Nuremberg

No pepper steak, no pepper sauce on Sunday. Badly organized. It used to be better. Not recommended anymore

Always very good food and service, this Saturday again before Corona makes the visit impossible.

For me, the Ekuthek steak house is always worth visiting. I find it a little more relaxed there than in the city. As always, the food was very good. The service seemed a bit stressed at the beginning, but then it became increasingly relaxed ... EKUTHEK: recommendable!

We had a wonderful evening in the Ekuthek. Both the waitress and the boss always asked about us; no wish remained unfulfilled. The steaks were great and cooked to the desired cooking point. The side dishes were plentiful and the taste was just great! Highly recommended!

from normal fillet steak to American Prime to bison, everything is fresh, juicy, perfectly prepared and delicious. Absolutely not cheap, but quality also costs, we'd love to come back :-)

In my view, an ordinary steak house. Staff was very friendly. With the actual core competence of a steak house - the meat - there is still plenty of room for improvement. This affects both the meat quality and the degree of cooking over the entire meat. Medium does not mean through at one end and rare at the other. Clearly too expensive for the quality offered.

Incredibly nice! A very nice, isolated restaurant, parking is a bit difficult but with a bit of luck you can find a parking space immediately. We made a reservation a week in advance and I would recommend everyone to do that because it was really packed. We ordered a starter, a black feathered chicken and a 250g steak. A dream in terms of taste, the food was delivered quickly, the atmosphere in the restaurant is great. The boss was eager to make sure that it suits everyone. She personally brought us to the table and asked if everything was okay. Price performance is absolutely okay for the quality you get here! All in all I can only recommend it, great please keep it up!

Ekuthek OK, the filet was perfect. The beer is too expensive for Langwasser. The Feldsalat price is exorbitant at 8 Euro per Feldsalat. Tasted great but not worth the price. Biggest problem were the Ofenkartoffel; they were hard? Never had hard Ofenkartoffel except one time when I ate a raw potato just to see how it tasted (I could not eat much of it). The wife thinks the baked potatoes were not cooked long enough but I think it was the choice or type of potato - don’t know the reason for the hard potatoes. Strange. We told the very nice server this potato problem several times but he just ignored it. Bottom line. Excellent steak. Too expensive. Potatoes, at this price, should have been perfect. And the most expensive Field Salad I ever ordered or found. Do I plan to return? No. Sad.

Steak is ok but way too expensive for what it is. The waiter is unpolite cause we speak english, and you have to order side separate. (€8 for chips) robbery. Instead of merlot i got some dirty house wine from the barrel; literally dirty.

EXCELLENT! Delicious food, nice service and a pleasant atmosphere. The price-performance ratio is great! After the 2nd visit: Absolutely recommendable! The food is really delicious. Baked potato with sour cream was really WITH plenty of delicious sour cream 😃 What I definitely want to mention again is the nice, friendly and courteous service. That was definitely not the last visit👍🏻

Service, frankly speaking, depends on the staff. We had a bad service in the beginning, which we came by four and have had two sets of silverware, the first waitress didn't even care - took a while to notice that we were there and then ignored us a few times. Then came the (another) attentive waitress, whom we were grateful for, and she'd helped us with all our needs. Meal was okay, steak was a bit too "rare" than what we requested.

Steak was very good ( I ordered medium). Good atmospher. I think the lowest Prince for a Steak was about 10 € but might bei off with 1€ or 2€

Such wonderful food and friendly staff. I never miss the opportunity of visiting Ekuthek when I'm working in Nuremberg. The meal I had there this week was simple the best meal I have ever eaten in a restaurant. 10/10 !
